World marketers meet with American retailers

DAY 1
Monday June 29th - Exhibitors setup 3:00pm - 8:00pm
From 3:pm to 8:00pm PXA exhibitors will be able to setup their decoration and sampling on their booth fully constructed by our decorator Vincent Sereni.
DAY 2
Tuesday June 30 - Wednesday July 1st Marketplace open to Retailers 9:am to 5:00pm
Tuesday June 30 and July 1st . A breakfast buffet will be served at the Americas Hall II on the top of marketplace (Americas Hall I) from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. At 9:00 am the marketplace will open, exhibitors and retailers will meet and conduct business under claused doors. The marketplace will be open only to retailers, distributors and agents From 9:am to 5:00 pm with a lunch buffet served from 12:00pm to 1:00pm .At 6:00 pm a networking cocktail will be served for Exhibitors, Retailers and the Press on booth days at the Hall of the america II.
DAY 3
Wednesday July 1st, Thursday July 2nd - PXA conferences
Short but to the point our PXA conference and workshops are conducted by industry experts on subjects relevant to our industry difficult times. The conference & workshops will be conveniently held on the floor above the marketplace accessible by one flight elevator at the entrance of the marketplace.
DAY 4
Thursday July 2nd - 9:00 am to 4:00pm Retailers, Media, Suppliers and Bloggers day
This year PXA invited bloggers and perfume lovers to join industry members and the press to celebrate the renaissance of true perfumery. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk the marketplace participate in Perfume workshops, participate in beauty polls and surveys and of course sample many fragrances.
